By registering for the Road to Pro residential camp, you agree to the following billing terms. A $250 non-refundable deposit is collected at registration to secure your player’s spot. The remaining $945 (before discounts) balance may be paid in flexible installments at any time through your RegFox account, with the total amount due no later than June 12, 2026. If the balance is not fully paid by that date, Manchester School of Soccer will automatically charge the card on file for the remaining amount. Payments that fail may be retried automatically, and participation may be paused until the account is current. There are no refunds or transfers once registration is complete, and families are responsible for keeping their billing information up to date.

In consideration of the Manchester Soccer School, Bulverde Youth Soccer Association, Jumbo Evans Sports Park, City of New Braunfels, City of Cibolo, and John Newcombe Tennis Ranch allowing my child’s/children’s participation in the camp, I, the parent/legal guardian of the child/children, for myself and my child/children, hereby release the above-listed organizations, along with their partners, affiliated officers, directors, agents, and employees (collectively, the “Released Parties”), from and waive all claims, damages, and liabilities whatsoever for property damage or loss, personal injury, or death arising from or in connection with my child’s/children’s participation in the camp.

I acknowledge that my child/children are amenable to discipline and are free from habits that would make them undesirable campers. I acknowledge that, in the event of my child’s/children’s dismissal or withdrawal due to homesickness, misconduct, illness, or any other cause, I remain responsible for the full payment of the camp fee. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

I hereby give my consent to have an athletic trainer, coach, team manager, emergency medical technician, nurse, medical treatment facility, and/or doctor, dentist, or associated personnel provide my child/children with medical assistance, medication, and/or treatment, and I acknowledge that I am financially responsible for the cost of such assistance and/or treatment. I hereby authorize emergency transportation of my child/children to a medical treatment facility should any of the above personnel consider it to be warranted. I acknowledge that transport to off-site fields may be required.

I acknowledge that Manchester Soccer School retains the rights to any photos or videos taken of my child/children during camp for use in marketing, publicity, or advertising materials. If I do not wish for my child/children to appear in certain types of media (e.g., social media), I will notify the camp in writing prior to the start of the session.
